What 3 star champion should I rank up?

I’m torn between a couple of 3 stars and I don’t know which one to rank up. Can you help me?

Hyperion and Killmonger are the best options, I think. Great damage and utility

If you are worried about 3 stars then hype is your best option. At your stage in the game he will give you the most bang for your buck. Kilmonger has a ton of utility but if you are on 3 stars you do not need it.
