Just to clarify......

So I have 3 t4 techs (the ability to rank my second 5/50-3/45) and I’m thinking wait but y’know, the duck might have some crazy utility that I don’t know about. These are all 5 of my 4/5 star techs

Rocket is squishy, but much less so at higher Ranks. I have the 4* at R5. No regrets. If you can keep him moving, he's a Crit beast. Vision if you want Power Control. Ultron if you want sustainability.
