    Look at the thread that was closed a few min ago. They want to make sure things are resolved but reports are showing the heating issues are back and worse then ever.

    So confident enough to announce the start of aw season 3 but not confident enough to send compensation to their customers for the major issues. Seems like mixed messages to me
