Personal preference of order: Iceman, Domino, and then Archangel (all 3 are definitely worth the upgrade).

Ice man for sure AA required dup & dobs not really but it helps so I’ll definitely do Iceman first then Domino

Archangel definitely does not need to be duped. However I agree that Iceman is better.
