When will the new Event Quest begin?

Hi guys just wanna know whe the new Event Quest will commence...any ideas??

Normally starts on the first Wednesday of the month

Thurday 2:30am in Australia CT zone.
Pretty sure thats Midnight or 10am in the central U.S

There's a countdown timer on the current event showing when it ends. Won't the new event start when the current event ends?
