Spending Units to Change Arena Match-Ups

Kabam this is unfair. An alliance mate of mine spent units to change the match up in Arena and every time the same match up game up. There was a video but i couldn’t post it here. When he complained kabam just said this is “working as intended.” That isn’t right.
