Alliance finished notification

Can we please fix this? I'm sick of seeing notifications for finished events. I can't claim a reward. I've opened them all. Yet the notification is still present. Please fix!

I log a support ticket a week ago, their response is noted and thanks but I dunno when will they fix it.
It's really annoying and misleading.
