Its still in the game I've experienced it several times in last couple of days. It happened after tech symbiod who uses vision like heavy attack in map4, afterwards it happened against symbiod in act 4 several times against symbiods that use flip kick as heavy, and against punisher in arena he goes for heavy i go in for dash i miss dash but he hits me with heavy. Also loki l2 after you land first hit sometimes ai evades rest of the ability, and i believe that there is some animation cancelling in game not sure if its supposed to work that way, but sometimes vs black bolt miss(cap) marvel vision, after they use their l1 they dont finish landing animation but they are blocking mid air and parrying.
