Magik L2 bugged again, not stealing "remembered" amount

Noticed this fighting in AQ, then dueled to confirm. She's bugged to stealing based on the enemy's current power again, not the remembered amount on the first use. First use in duel stole 1 bar, and second use only stole about 10% since that was what was left after.
