Alliance War being able to attack when you don’t place defenders

I have seen players attacking and they don’t have defenders placed this is a unfair to the true MCOC players. It needs to be fixed

    Shouldn’t you be happy you have an advantage for that war? Less defenders you have to kill

    Why you complaining, it just means that you are able to attack the opponent with less defenders with little effort. I'm on the unfortunate side of this scenario in this war
