T4cc backwards selling option.

In lue of everyone not loving the chance based 3 to 1 crystal option the brain trust at kabam has given us, might I suggest another direction: go backwards.

Allow summoners to sell all catalyst backwards toward the next lower lvl catalyst at the same frag/gold rate that they currently can be sold forward.

This option may not be for everyone, but it definitely would help the t2cc shortage.
