Stark's projectile evade bugged again

I've posted about this before in the context of a winter soldier fight - stark will sometimes auto evade a couple of bullets and then get hit by the next one (though it doesn't happen as frequently as it used to).
I have just had this happen again to me, this time using stark against Bishop's S1. First few gunshots were evaded, but he got hit by the last one even though I was still holding block.
As always, I expect no acknowledgement that this is even a bug because that's just the way you lot roll, but you are doing yourselves and us a disservice by not having a list of known, acknowledged bugs you are working on. The so called "known bug list" is not a known bug list at all, it is simply a list of alleged fixes you have already pushed out. Which is a bit like making a grocery list of stuff you have already bought.
