Need rank up advice

This is currently who I have, I still need to become uncollected, and I barely been able to beat master event quests every month. Which 5* should I R3 and which 4 stars should I also focus on that will help?

    Also like to note modok is rank 4 (just need iso)and archangel is close to being rank 4(again iso is holding me back)

    I heard taskmaster is good, he just really confuses me.

    Ur 5* pulls are pretty good...since voodoo is unduped I would suggest red hulk and Luke Cage over him in rank up preference..
    In ur 4* champs,medusa is a good aq option even unduped for those sentinels,she will take more hits but once u Armor shatter them u can take as many hits as u want..
    AA and blade are definitely worth ranking up and get ur daredevil to a high sig level as I have heard that he is good for evading collector's specials
    Taskmaster is good but he needs high Sig and has a pretty strange combo style..Bryan grant has a video on how to use him if u haven't seen that already

    Work with 4* Blade Iceman and angela. They will help you big time in master quests. For 5* Luke cage is really a beast. Wait for Dr Vodoo to be awakened and she will help you beat anyone out there. Since you already have a strong 4* version of Dr Vodoo you are already ready for master quests.
