Let us know before make game down

Dear kabam,
Please let us know before 30 minutes that you are going to make server down.
I was playing the AQ and going to defeat the mini boss and suddenly the network goes and when i re-open the game it says the game is down.
That's how you work!!!!

Yeah, kabam decides when there is emergency maintenance. thats why its called emergency. totally planned out ahead of time

I make my employees notify me 2 weeks in advance whenever they have a death in the family and need time off.

based on recent experience, we can just assume there will be one every 1 to 2 days.....just the time is iffy
