I sometimes think of this game in terms of how I think of a bad cable company. Although you don’t technically pay a subscription fee like you do to a cable company, many people spend ten fold what it would cost for a deluxe cable package every month. Yes there are unavoidable outages and technical issues that sometimes cannot be avoided. However, when the cable goes out as it does once every 4-5 months there is an explanation why and if it’s longer than a few hours you are compensated in some way. It is ridiculous with the amount of money people spend on this game and how much this company is worth that this game seems to be getting worse and worse with worse customer service than the cable company. People that spend money are paying for a service and when that service isn’t provided they deserve a real explanation and compensation.
