Voodoo Spirit Venom not workinga against cable MINIBOSS

Hey guys,

For about 2 weeks ive noticed sporadic possible bugs with Voodoo. Not sure exactly if its a bug or not however, in MAP 5 against cable just now. Not only did Voodo literally not get a LAO until over halfway through the fight, but when I tried to use an EVEN SP1 to change the 2 into venom. They just got removed and no poison. Is this a bug? Is anyone else noticing this?

This has also happened in regular fights. Seldom, but it has happened and I usually don't record gameplay.

Is not a bug.
Cable has the ability to reduce poison duration by 20% for each poison the enemy causes on him. After 5 poisons, Cable becomes immune and get a boost in his special attack damage
