Have you considered investing in a decent server to handle the increase in players?
Also for the people who have been screwed over in the individual event milestones due to the outages are they getting considered in the ongoing compensation package discussions?
I personally don't have a lot of time to play and when I do the game is down. It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating. I know you're in it to make money but maybe just shut the game down for a week or two and fix the issues because this is getting beyond ridiculous.
