Kabams issues and ways to fix them!

Good evening summoners of the contest and potentially the great and powerful kabam employees. Now I hope that’s a good way to start a long post cause boy o boy this is gonna be a long post. Now that that’s out of the way let’s jump into it when I first joined the contest it was when antman had just come out the game was very well taken care of and it was obvious how much love and passion had been put into the game.
Then for a quiet a while I didn’t play the game until about 6 months ago that was when I came back. It became very obvious the game wasn’t taken care of like how it used to be there was constant amounts of emergency maintenances (which they happen so often that I have just started to call them normal maintenances),glitches and mistakes on Kabams part. Then when a em(emergency maintenances) would occur we would get no reason as to what they where fixing which then would start the cycle that destroyed the trust between the players and kabam, kabam would say sorry not explain what was going on then when another EM would happen and it would repeat. Which caused the trust between kabam and the players to deteriorate quickly.
Now I’m gonna start naming things off that I think kabam could improve on and things I think could do some “crowd control”! #1 this is the one I’m wanting the most I just want a simple message as to why there was a EM this alone could have prevented so much of the disappointment that’s traveling around the mcoc community.#2 a decent warning as to when there’s gonna be a EM like a 1 hour heads up would be nice. Now I’m gonna do a comparison between kabam and Klab games. Kabam doesn’t give us a warning when there’s a Em they don’t tell us why there was a EM! Klab on does the opposite of all of that and thy do more Klab gives us a 2 hour heads up on maintenances and then after and sometimes even before we get told why there’s a maintenance and then they even give a small compensation!(before it gets said no I’m not apart of the horde of people that always wants compensation) now kabam im not saying be Klab what I’m saying is take notes and learn from your mistakes!
Problem #2 this is one that many including I have been affected by THE HEATING PROBLEM! which was fixed however this is the one time im wanting compensation which to an extent we have gotten which is the Gwenpool goes to the movies. Which is amazing I’m truly giving cred to kabam this is the best event I personally have witnessed in game! However during that long period of time my phone and many others phones would get ridiculously slow and the game would become unplayable and many of us lost items trying to play the game we love!
Another way to fix the gap between kabam and the players this is a idea that I got from multiple phone games(bleach brave souls, dokkan battle, naruto ultimate ninja blazing). Every million players over all give out rewards for example 20mil give out huge rewards and at 21 million give out small rewards this is something that I personally think could help out! Now to end this off kabam if you see this yes there is a large portion of people who only want compensation. Don’t forget though that there is a sandman sized handful of people who truly honestly want to see the game they love do well and live on we the players put a lot of hard work,time and passion into the game and all a good portion of us want is for you to do the same when improving the game!

No, they aren't obligated to tell us. This is because they aren't their servers. It breaks their privacy contract with the server owners. They are pretty much tied to dealing with the outage as much as we are.

Seriously though, even if there were a mechanism in play that would detect the impending doom, and an automated message was sent out, people would still freak out..
The main reason for the severe freaking out is that those people have an addiction. Spenders or non-spenders, if you lose your **** over a game this much, you need therapy.
This is absolutely true.
They will not divulge any information about the infra they have a contract for, other than maybe stating it’s a more ‘global’ problem their provider has, like when the entireGoogle cloud has issues. Don’t expect much more than that.
I agree with that but they could at least say, “ sorry guys we are under contract to keep our server owners privacy” and I would think a lot of people might drop it and say “okay that makes sense”
They have several times. They shouldn't need to say it every time
