Plain background to reduce lag and loading time

Hello developers, was wondering if you'd consider providing an option to use a plain background for all fights to reduce loading time and lag, something like the one in street fighter:

4cyke

and option to remove those flashy eye straining hit effects.
better yet , add detailed graphic options.

but it seems making summoners' lives easier is seldomly on kabam's priority list.
