I made a post a few minutes ago saying they are overrated do you agree?

Are three star heroes worth the work 43 votes

No they are worth the energy units and hard work

    No one uses 3 stars anymore unless they’re new to the game

    For anyone starting the game, 3* are definitely worth it.
    And even later on, they are. An alliance member is a collector, he has literally all champs, as 3*. Runs every arena for the next 3* to come out.

    Endgame content, no of course you don’t use them there. But for starters and collectors, they definitely still matter.

    3* arena milestones is 65 units. Can hit that in 35-40 rounds without boosts. Less with.

    Pair it with the 4* basic arenas 135, that's 200 units.

    Do that twice a week for 400.

    That's the only value of 3* to people with full 4/5/6 rosters.

    I would say they are worth it. Collect them early and get the featured champs in your roster by arena. Only 1.5 mil to get them. They’re fun to collect that way, and are quicker to rank up (less resources) than a 4/5* which you’ll have to spend units on to get. Then you can test out the newer champs early.

    I use mine. The Arena is a source of BCs, Units, and Shards. I Grind almost every new 3* to collect and test them because it's an easy Grind. Those 3*s add up to about 3 or 400k Points in the Basic Arena for me. Most of the time I use my 4*s, but if I want to double my Points, I run into my 3*s.

    Well, maybe not double. I can do alot more with my 4*s. You get the point, though.

    For round 8 of catalyst arenas I use: 3* Hulk, Abomination and SW.
    For round 9 I use 3* Iron Man, Thor and Dr Strange.

    The 3* make those two rounds pretty easy.

    Then I switch to r4 5* for rounds 10-12 and then r3 5*/r5 4* for 13-15.

    Almost all of my 3* are maxed.
