Best champions to fight Wasp with??

I'm making my run through uncollected and I only have a few paths left. the hardest one seems to be the one with wasp on the regen node on the far right side of uncollected 3.2. Are there any specific champs or any helpful tips on how to best beat her?

Yes I do. I have a 5/50 maxed sig BW and a 3/45 Cable. his SP3 provides true strike for 17 seconds, but the challenge is getting him to sp3 before getting ko'd
