How to get tier 1 alpha caralyst

I am pretty new to the game and cannot really understand how to get enough tier 1 alpha caralyst that is needed to rank up. There are some in a few quests but way to hard for me to get with my roster.
What are the most efficient way to get that? Are there any way like the daily proving ground or the daily tier quests like mutant mayham or so?

U can get them from aq map 1-3 crystals,glory store,monthly quests and now the alliance events also have fully formed or T1 alpha fragments as milestone rewards
T1A is a little hard to come by early on in the game but as u progress and get into a better alliance u get a fair deal of them when u are a mid level player
