Luke Cage vs Rulk vs Miles Morales?

I'm looking to upgrade a science champ, a 4* LC(duped) to R5, 5* Rulk(unduped) or MM(unduped) to R3. Which would you upgrade first?

I would say LC, but Rulk is a 5*, so go with Rulk. Definitely not Miles

5* > 4*

5* rulk for sure. I would avoid ranking up 4* unless they are the best of the best, or if they are only available as 4*.

I have rh at r3. He is a beast when you get him up to 10 heat charges
