Hood, Cable, Bishop, Punisher 2099

All have basic attacks which include gunshots. Shouldn't they function the same as Domino's attacks, in which they do not make contact?

Out of those u mentioned only hood shoots in his first medium hit...

If these were already good champs, I'd say no to this. But since they are already somewhat useless, I say it'd be a good idea.
