    This isn't a bug it hasn't even started yet yet, it starts tomorrow August 24th, so no one's gotten anything yet.

    Yet there are people with pictures of the rewardsik probably getting stuff mixed up anyway

    Pictures can be faked or it's from a previous summoner appreciation event, anything could explain it or you're getting it confused with something else.
