Summoner Appreciation: Battlechip rewards not boosted for arena milestones?

Looks like each fight and 3v3 chips reward gives the 20% boost, but shouldn't the milestones be boosted by 20% as well?

They are increased it just doesn't show in the milestones but when you collect them you get 20% more
