Hi! Should I max out my 4* 4/5 to 5/5 (signature level 20) or upgrade my 5* 1/5 to 2/5 (NOT awakened)? Short-term 4* looks better, PI definitely higher, maybe 5* more of a long-term investment. Dunno guys, any feedback welcome, if possible explaining why one or the other. Thanks

    While its always a better idea to rank up 5* over 4*, thor Ragnarok is garbage without his sig ability. All an unawakened thor can do is Alliance war defense.
