Bulk Up Bug - Dungeons

Just wound up fighting a slumber & bulk up node on my last dungeon run and bulk up seems to be bugged. I figured I could just hold heavy while the opponent was stunned as the node states a cap at 200 stacks, however my furies kept resetting after 4. Happened with my iceman first and then the same thing with my SL. Is this a known issue?
