Prestige decreasing in Alliance Quest after a win

The last two weeks we have noticed in Alliance Quest that instead of increasing our prestige and points, both have decreased despite winning. Our history shows a positive number overall but then that same number is subtracted from our prestige. We usually score in the 20+ million range. Now our weekly score is around 13-14 million because of this glitch. We sent multiple support tickets without success. Is this happening to anyone else?

    perhaps you have lost a few guys with high prestige and the new guys arent as high as the ones that left.

    We are a retired and relaxed alliance. Haven’t lost any members in a long time.

    Happening to me too. The history shows our prestige going down and only 33% completion but when we view details it shows prestige going up and 100% completion. We only do one BG each AQ.
    Now, I don't want to cry compensation, but it's obvious that we're losing points and therefore rewards. Would love to see some action on this.

    Becasse it count all BG even u dont play Them.
