That would depend for what you need, IMIW for a great defender in AW, Proxima Midnight is a good attacker for those long fights, and Hulk is good for AQ as he is poison imune. Do you have any of them dupped?

Without dupe, definitely not Hulk. I would probably take Iron Man IW.
