I had bought a 4 star iron man today and I never received it I was charged 150 for purchasing the nanite Chrystal but never actually got my 4 star champion

    This makes me not want to play the game anymore and my vulture was also stolen or robbed from my account

    The 150 unit Crystal doesnt guarantee a 4* champion. You just have a chance to pull it.

    The crystal has a drop rate sheet if you click on it it shows your odds of opening certain champs

    I did open a 4 star iron man though but when I was going to upgrade my champion he wasn’t available

    As @Demonzfyre said you aren't guaranteed the champ. You did not spend 150 units on Iron Man. You spend 150 units on a crystal. Unfortunately you did not get what you wanted.

    Maybe it was a different iron man... superior, civil warrior, infinity war, regular? Open a support case and have them look at your history to see what was awarded from that crystal, and if it isn't there, ask them to give it to you. They can see these transactions in their database.
