AW improvement suggestion - „defenders remaining“ should be skipped

I would like to make a constructive suggestion how to improve alliance war by making collusion and manipulation of AW results more difficult.
One very important and good thing needed in the past was to be harder on account sharing, thus stopping piloting and we have seen it really has changed the setup of AW. Unfortunately alliances will always look for the next thing to get an advantage for the precious season awards. Last seen was that allies could give away a victory and leave defenders untouched if they had nothing more to fight for e.g. the bracket for rewards was clear without upside further up or downside in a lower bracket. You could use this behavior to help a friend alliance or to hurt a rival as with „defenders remaining“, the result is an extraordinary amount of extra points for the victorious alliance, making it possible to compensate higher average deaths in Offense.

Independent what the ulterior motives are: the „defenders remaining“ item in the point system makes collusion between alliances possible. It also awards too high extra points compared to a attackers bonus.
I understand that this item is supposed to value a defense (eg an alliance grinding for the newest champs), but if this is true then by nature defense would be much harder to crack and then it’s again going back to attacker bonus as one can expect at equal attack skill of two alliances, the harder defense will get more kills. So taking it away does not give any disadvantage to strong defense alliances.

Happy to hear more thoughts and especially also Kabams thoughts in this discusssion.
