What days are the catylyst arenas released so I can start straight away

Not on straight solid days actually.

Right now, T4b is on. Once it ends, there is a full day's rest, then Class Catalyst starts. Once that ends, another full day of rest, followed by Alpha, with again a day's rest before T4b is back.

So:
T4b -> 2 days
nothing -> 1 day
Class Cat -> 2 days
nothing -> 1 day
Alpha -> 2 days

Total cycle is 9 days.
