Summoner appreciation crystals

I’ve been loving these this week, I was thinking they should be permanent but like every week or maybe a couple of days what are your thoughts? Or is it just me who have got lucky?

Your lucky. Ive gotten no shards. Just health potions and i think some glory twice. This has been one of the biggest let downs since I started. I remember getting emails from the grandmaster when the game wouldn't perform up to his standards that were better than everything Ive received from this appreciation. How does a company advance almost every other aspect of their game but step backwards with correcting issues/showing appreciation?
