Combat Regeneration boost...is it coming back?

It's been over 2 weeks since the 3-minute Combat Regeneration boost has been available for purchase in the loyalty store. It generally comes around a little more than once a week, so this extended gap has got me wondering if it's going to make a return or if they are phasing it out.

For accuracy's sake, the last time the combat regeneration boost was available was 8/11. That means it's been 20 days since it's been available. The other 2 3-minute boosts have each been available for purchase twice since 8/11.
