Should I still rank up 4*s?

I know. A lot of discussion has already happened here but I think my problem is a bit different.

Ok, so a bit about myself- I'm Uncollected and have a around 20 4*s maxed. I'm in an alliance that does 5X5 so I have a steady inflow of t4cc. I can do master. Haven't touched Uncollected difficulty yet. I've completed ROL as well as currently in last chapter for RTTL.
So my dilemma-> I'd a decent pool of 4*s but recently started pulling really great ones (angela, IMIW, killmonger, modok) and an ok pool of 5*s.
My question is should I still go ahead and rank up 4*s from scratch if they're really good as I've started pulling some really good champs? Or save up for 5*s?

P.S I'm planning up on doing act 5.3 and 5.4 soon. Does this make sense or should I do RTTL and some Uncollected difficulty quests and then slowly ease into act 5??

I'd really appreciate any feedback on this.

Really depends on what you need. What happened to me was... I 5/50 my 4* X-23 just to pull a 5* version just weeks later. I grinded for 4* KM and brought him to 5/50 only to pull him as a 5* from the GP event. So personally am not ranking 4* unless they got some utility that I really need to finish content.

Yeah, I’m only ranking 4* that don’t feature as 5* (for the most part):
Wolverine
SW
Thor
Etc.

All others I take to r3 and park them there. I may r4 some but most just leaving them at r3.
