Which Champ is worthy of an awakening gem?

So recently I did a poll to see which 4* I should use a 4* generic awakening gem on. Here it ended in a tie between SW and DV. In game Iasked and some people told me to awaken Captain America (IW) and some said Wasp. So now i wanna see who of these four champs deserves to be awakened

Doctor voodoo needs to be awakened to be worth using. Scarlet witch needs to be awakened and at HIGH SIG to be worth using. The other 2 do not need to be awakened to be worth using.
