I dont know how i got a PHC

I finished 100% the first chapter of the Homecoming event and it was taking to long to load. So i closed the game and when i re-entered,it gave me a fully formed Premium Hero Crystal. Not the one formed by shards,but the one you pay 100 units for. Any thoughts?

    You get a PHC when you complete 100% of each Chapter in Heroic and Master.
