Download game updates without app store

As the title might hint; is it possible to download updates eg. 20.0 for this game on my iphone without app store?
Asking as app store has ben bloked on wifi by my Company, and regular connection isnt available to me.

    Go somewhere where you have public WiFI available? Or download it at home?

    I sail so thats not really an option im afraid.
