I took SIM to an Act 5 map and hit on a Moon Knight while he blocked, 86 damage. I brought him back with NC and Yondu in the party, 86 damage.

    Do more testing before saying something doesn't work. Or did you think a synergy was going to change everything about a fight? Synergies are minimal effect, nomatter which one it is. They're nothing more than a tiny boost. And fyi block penetration isn't a flat increase, it's a chance at slightly more damage as with everything else in the game.
