Can we don’t do this to a flying/floating champ?

Now red skull is another champ with this movement, can we report this as a bug or?

I've always thought flying champs should be immune to Quake's earthquake & aftershock effects, too.

Haha... this is like “A rootcause of the aircraft crash is due to the earthquake happening at the area when they fly through.”
