Spider-Man Stark enhanced

Should the poise charges trigger mystic dispersion? Didn't know if that was a bug or if they were designed that way. I was hoping it was a bug since one can't control the accrual of said "buffs"

The poise charges are passive like Magik limbo, but often trigger dexterity each time and when you refresh a dexterity it technically is removing the old buff and therefore does trigger MD
