Rank Downs

With the amount of new 5*’s, many players I’m sure have a maxed out 4* and a duped 5* . Some might need the maxed out 4* but some might feel the need not to have the same champion in 4 and 5 both at high levels/ranks . Can we not get more rank down items ? With the game changing, I think players will be happy to rank down an un-needed 4* to use those catalyst to rank up a 5* they fight well with .
