Venom and Carnage

We all know Venom gets a lot of buffs but they don't seem to do nothing unlike when Angela gets two damage buffs and she hits crazy I am not saying that you need to make him like Angela but make his buffs more effective. And Carnage seems like his bleed would have been a big factor in his damage but we didn't get to see any of that for his Precision damage boost do anything to sum it up both champions need their buffs more effective

    There is an upcoming beta to test changes to both of those champs.

    Lets see where that goes instead :)
