Parry

I have noticed in every area of the game that sometimes parry isn't working. It will say parry on the left of the screen but it's not stunning. Has anyone else experienced this?

Did the opponent have any sort of defensive AAR(for example BW)? Parry not only stuns the opponent, but reduces block damage taken.

I noticed it with winter soldier in rol and mephisto in vs and a few people in the event quest

Don't remember WS having AAR but mephisto might.

Happens in arena and I wonder why? Need to obtain recording.
