Easier way to get tier 4 catalyst

I don't have a lot of money or time. I can't afford to pay $50.00 for the catalyst I need, nor can I afford the potions needed to complete act 4. I can't max out my 4* champions without the aforementioned catalysts, so I'm stuck.
