New dexterity mystery

Just wondering if the new changes to the dexterity masteries are functioning properly. I do not notice an increase in crit/damage after an attack when the dex buff is active. I see the same attack damage when I parry then attack and there is no buff active. I have tested dexterity maxed out and with just one point with no visible difference. Anyone else notice the same. Is it functioning properly or am I misunderstanding how it is supposed to work. Respectfully Weav....

    Its crit rate and not damage unkess im mistaken

    Yes it’s a precision buff which increases crit rate not damage. You wouldn’t notice a change in damage.
