Possible Act 5-2-5 Bane glitch

I just got to this particular section of the game, and while I was playing it, I noticed something odd. The text in the description of the node states that Bane, once on a champ, removes "2.50% of their current Health as Direct Damage per second". I've noticed that it seems to be bugged in that, when I''m fighting the champions in this map, the amount lost by the opponent champs was only around 150, despite their current HP being, by my estimate, somewhere in the 70k range, while the HP my champs lost seemed to be either equal to that or higher than that, as when I was using Hawkeye against Psylocke, it consistently did 420 damage while I was using 2 boosts throughout the entire span of time the degeneration buff was in place despite that the wording implying that it scales to your health at the moment.
It should be noted that, when I was using a 3/30 4 Star Void against Moon Knight, Bane seemed to be doing different percentages of damage before and after I boosted my champs with a Champion Boost and Attack Boost, so it's possible that the damage numbers are a result of boosts being ignored in the calculations by the degeneration debuff, which would explain why Psylocke and Moon Knight seemed to be taking significantly less damage than the wording of the debuff would imply.
Please look into this at your earliest convenience and I'll wait for a response.

so if champ A hits champ B, champ B will take 2.5% of champ As health.
was that your concern?
If your champ has 10k hp, your opponent will take 2.5% of 10k per second.
If your opponent has 100k hp, you will take 2.5% of 100k per second.
I've recently cleared the bane path in the EQ and i haven't noticed anything not working properly.
Also, you might want to make a video to have some footage of the issue, should it be valid.
