Hyperion Power gain

Man, something needs to be done with Hyperions power gain. I know this is shooting myself in the foot to, but I can barely get to a special 1 before hyp has special 3 ready to go. Doc Strange didn't have this much power gain, and y'all stripped him down to nothing. Something needs to be done with Hyp's power gain. It needs to be slowed.
