Slow Loading Lots of Crashing

It's been bad for a couple of weeks now. The game is very slow to load. It crashes and freezes a lot more than it used to. Lots of other loayers are having the same issues. You'll see. At first they will think as k did, must be my phone or connection.
The most frustrating is the unfairness of having fights freeze and loosing because you were frozen but the fight continued. You lost because you couldn't move. Not stun or effect... Glitch!!!!!!
Fix this please.
